If you don't include an MD5, it will just check the FLAC files (flac -t). When you do include an MD5, it checks the FLAC files *AND* runs the MD5. The MD5 allows the system to send you an email of any failing files, so we recommend that you always include one. Below are the results of your MD5check - just delete the failing files from audio-uploads, upload them again, then click "Mark Resolved" next to your item in the Contribution Center:

Well I cannot upload them again because my computer crashed. I cannot even boot the machine. I have the original files (all one track), but not the tracked out files. I am trying to locate a WinXP disk to do a repair and try and get the files off the hard drive, but otherwise, I have no way to get the two tracks.

Is there anything else I can do? Should I just go back to my masters and retrack the entire thing start over?

unfortunately, yes - i recommend you delete the audio files on audio-uploads and start over. Sorry

Brad,

I managed to get my computer to boot one last time before I scrapped the hard drive and started over. I got the two tracks I needed and uploaded them. The show is now available to the public.

Just wondering, for future reference, how would I have known what tracks failed without you posting them? Is that why the archive suggest md5s be included even with flac. Will the automated system only send an email with pertaining to an md5?

Thanks for everything,
Brad Wolf

You got it - currently the system will only send an email pertaining to MD5 results.
